The youngster made his Chelsea debut 5 years ago but signed a 4 year deal in West London with the mighty Bees last week.
He has spent the last few seasons on loan after breaking into the first team squad at a very young age. He could never cement his place in the squad though due to so many other players being brought into the squad.
Josh made a total of 22 appearances for Chelsea but after speinding 15 years there he said it was time to leave.
Josh wants somewhere that he can play week in, week out and I am sure Brentford is the perfect place for him to do that. This is a great place for him to develop his career and take him further.
‘Now I feel settled, I’ve signed here for four years and I can just get on with my football. And I didn’t have to move house!’ Josh said to the Daily Star.
He certainly looks like a top top player and hopefully we can see him star in a Bees shirt this year.
