Brentford drew with Aston Villa in the Championship on Wednesday.

The lead came Aston Villa’s way ahead of the 20-minute mark when recent big money signing Kodjia curled home his first goal for the club from a Jedinak pass.

Brentford stayed in the match, missing chances to draw level, with Crystal Palace loanee Kaikai clipping a cross to the far post not cleared by the Villa defence with Egan, always a threat from the back, grabbed a point on 88-minutes.
