Bees wait on Dean

Brentford are hoping to welcome back centre half Harlee Dean for Saturday’s home match with Crewe following a dead leg.

The young defender missed Tuesday night’s home defeat against Yeovil in which the Legge/Craig partnership didn’t quite work.

Rosler could be tempted to push Craig out to left back following a poor home debut from Scott Barron midweek.

Paul Hayes should be closer to match fitness after a week’s training with the squad and will be keen to make up for his penalty miss but will probably have to settle for a place on the bench again.

Experienced keeper Richard Lee will also be pushing for a recall although Simon Moore has started the season in decent form.

Crewe have won their last SEVEN consecutive games against Brentford.
