Brentford drew one-one with Blackburn in the Championship on Saturday with Lee Carsley coming away from his former club, as a player, with a point.

The lead came Brentford’s way early on when Chelsea loanee Swift put Vibe in with him managing to hold off a defender to beat Blackburn ‘keeper Steele and the Bees were one-up, but Rovers were soon level.

Lawrence was able to cut in from the wing with his cross-shot ending up beating everyone and ending up in the back of Button’s net to bring the home side level.

The above video shows the highlights from this game at Ewood Park with this draw seeing Brentford respond to a first defeat in four, which also ended a winning run, at Championship leaders Hull before this and also ensured Carsley didn’t see the Manager of the Month award come with the ‘traditional’ defeat it usually brings!
