Brentford travel to Borehamwood in the FA Cup first round tomorrow (2pm kick off) but will not be underestimating their non-league opponents.

It’s only a few seasons since Brentford lost to Barrow live on TV so Bees fans will be hoping Uwe Rosler’s side perform at full throttle tomorrow so as to avoid another upset. The Bees narrowly edged past Basingstoke at the same stage last season before promptly losing at home to Wrexham.

Borehamwood are currently third in the Blue Square South and are yet to lose a league game this term. Their boss Ian Allinson has said his team have ‘nothing to lose’ and that the pressure will be on Brentford tomorrow.

Uwe Rosler might still be tempted to rotate his squad slightly with the likes of Leon Legge, Richard Lee and Scott Barron pushing for starts.

Tomorrow’s referee Robert Lewis has previously refereed three Brentford games – all draws – including the 1-1 tie at Tranmere earlier this season.
