Brentford have been linked via twitter with Moroccan striker Farid El Alagui.

The out-of-contract hitman played for Scottish side Falkirk last season, netting 18 goals in 33 appearances but is thought to fancy a move South of the border. He has previously been linked with a move to Aberdeen whilst St Johnstone and Kilmarnock are reportedly keen to secure his signature.

The striker is a popular figure with Falkirk supporters and has a somewhat bizarre ‘kiss the lucky coin’ goal celebration.

Brentford are still believed to be talking to a number of players about signing for next season with Charlton attacker Paul Hayes and Dundee United midfielder Scott Robertson strongly linked in the media.

Free agent Clinton Morrison is also said to be keen to sign for Brentford after a loan spell at the end of last season.
