Brentford have bolstered their midfield options with the signing of Norwich youngster Tom Adeymi

Adeymi joins on a five month loan deal (until Jan 28th) having played in League One for Oldham last season.

The 20 year old hit the headlines last season when he was the alleged victim of racist abuse from a member of the Anfield crowd during an FA Cup tie – this followed shortly after the Luis Suarez affair.

Uwe Rosler spoke at the fans forum about his desire to bring a box to box midfielder into the squad to improve his options within his favoured diamond formation – 20 year old Adeymi fits this bill.

Adeymi is a bit of a clever clogs – he turned down the opportunity to attend Cambridge University for a career in football. Hopefully he will prove his worth as an intelligent footballer for Brentford this season.
